Richard Coleman
Richard has been a teacher of English and Media at Lymm High School, for over thirty years, and this year (2009) celebrates his twenty-fifth Wedding anniversary to Jane.
One chocolate Labrador also inhabits their house which is usually covered with badly positioned post-it notes containing plot lines or poor jokes.
Richard has been writing pantomimes and plays, for nearly twenty years and is Producer of his own Theatre Group, ‘The Really Useless Theatre Company’ based at Lymm High School in Cheshire.
He wrote two pantomimes - Mother Goose and Aladdin affiliated to Spotlight Productions but some of his other scripts have been performed, around the world.
Richard believes strongly that the tradition of pantomime must be preserved - family-based humour that still, after all these years, reaches across generations to entertain, intrigue, and excite.
