The action of the play takes part in the lounge of Jill & Terry's house. Jill is preparing for a committee meeting for members of her environmentally friendly green movement, Saving Grace. Terry has no interest but has been lumbered to meet and greet the guests, a task he is loath to perform. Among the guests are Duncan, an environmental anorak, and a kindred spirit, Dave, whose motives for attending are anything but PC.
